- Highly deceiving: I'd take whatever they say to you with a big grain of salt. This is a company that knows how to push the right buttons, but the reality, once inside things are much different. Case in point, I was part of a new sales-force of 16 initial team members, and after only 4 months, they are down to only 5. Now, you will only get a few bad apples, and getting rid of them is understandable (they fired one person basically on the spot, because he was not " a good fit"). But these people actually hired people from other countries and literally set them up for failure, then fired them after 2 and half months. - HEAVY sales focus: To the extent that we were trying to push incomplete products. I don't know what kind of strategic thinking went behind the idea of hiring a new sales-force with a product line with very little, or no market research for their target markets, but it was a completely illogical. They gave us a curve the first month and a half of actual sales, but when they saw that things weren't picking up, they started letting people go. - Horrible support: No clear marketing strategy, old and horrible leads (think hellokitty69 email addresses). They wanted to encourage feedback from us, but when given, it was taken with apprehension and very little was done about it. - Middle management: Their idea of leadership was to send a group email saying "Let's go guys, let's make some sales", multiple times per day. I could go on and on, but I don't want to keep wasting my time with this. It is worth noting that my experience is based on one part of the company, and not the whole of it, but I'd still be aware of working for a company that advocates how to be a top employer, yet fails to deliver on that very same promise.
