The owners have no idea how to improve their customer base. Too much red tape in the company. Middle management is severely incompetent. Company only wants cheap labor from Pakistan and there is no growth plan for any employee.

The product itself is solid and has a lot of potential in the SaaS and tech space. My colleagues were fantastic to work with; the team collaboration and support made the experience worthwhile. A good place to gain experience in customer success and SaaS operations.

Leadership lacks vision and interest in the company’s growth. There is little to no involvement from the top management in day-to-day operations. Processes were unclear and frequently changed mostly during my tenure, leading to confusion and inefficiencies. No commission structure for performance, which impacts motivation and morale. A general lack of appreciation for employee efforts, making it difficult to stay motivated long-term. Shifting priorities without proper communication or strategic planning
