Unleashed was acquired by an unknown group of investors at the beginning of 2022. Since they have taken over the company has severely gone downhill in terms of quality of work, staff, and culture. Unleashed outsources a great deal of their development to low cost offshore development shops across the world. This makes it extremely difficult to vet those developers and communicate with them with. With this considered, instead of lowering costs for clients they insist on increasing cost year over year for every client. They have also been systematically firing and laying off employees that have been with the company for several years albeit the extremely high level of turnover they already have. Leadership constantly lies to employees and clients about everything. A former coworker was promised a raise but was then denied after reaching the promised date. I have witness leadership gaslighting a client for a mistake that he made but did not own up to. Even after terminating long term employees, none were offered severance regardless of the terms of their release. No one except for leadership and their inner circle of project managers will last longer than a year here.
