There are many aspects why I think that Cardpay is a good place to work for, however one of the most important aspect is that the employees are financially appreciated. Furthermore, we are constantly mentored by our managers and other department's managers which helps us develop our skills and knowledge. I believe that it is also very important to be challenged at work and at Cardpay this happens everyday. I have worked before other companies where no matter how hard you worked, and what results you achieved they did not invest in me and they did not help me grow, however here I can see that they like to promote people for their hard work, we are appreciated and they trust us with our decisions, which is really important for me and for others I'm sure.
