Small company feel so your not a number. People team is very involved and tries to help. The company is trying their best to succeed. This is why I am giving this company 4 stars.

The VP is very disconnected, not a lot of money to make, leadership doesn't seem to connect that the issues are is the leadership. Lack of communication, although they are trying.
