Vantaggi
Some truly nice people that do care about their performance and know what they're doing.
Svantaggi
If your goal is to collect a paycheck without caring about performance or growth, this is the perfect place for you. The bar for accountability is so low that, realistically, you won’t get fired no matter how poorly you perform. Performance reviews are meaningless and feel like a box-ticking exercise rather than anything constructive. There are multiple “heads of department” who clearly don’t know what they’re doing, but the bigger issue is that the leadership above them doesn’t either. This creates a cycle of incompetence where nothing gets addressed. Even going to HR is pointless, they lack the authority or understanding to resolve issues in any meaningful way. The culture leans heavily into toxic positivity. Problems are ignored, criticism is unwelcome, and everything is framed as “fine” even when it clearly isn’t. Advancement has little to do with merit or capability; instead, promotions seem to go to those who are the most socially aligned or friendly with everyone, rather than those who actually perform. Overall, it’s an environment where mediocrity is protected, accountability is absent, and real talent is unlikely to be recognised or retained.
