It can be a grind while you learn the ropes and grow within the company...but such is sales. Once you hit your stride and embrace the pace, the job becomes much more fun. The people who do end up working here for a long time.

Great intro to sales and business development. It can be rewarding at times. Fun culture. Overall, great management. Some amazing people here.

It can be a very tough place to work due to high expectations. If you miss quota one month, put on a PIP. Hard product to sell to businesses that don't necessarily need it. Not a lot of value proposition in their products. Very low starting salaries. Turn and burn with employees. If promoted to AE, def expect to do demos at odd hours to keep up with quota (which is fine but not good for family life)
