Overworked and underpaid. Best advice is to get the experience and leave when given a chance elsewhere. You will be micromanaged if are constantly not on the phone. Your professional growth is not valued, I never saw anyone's 1 year, 2 year tenure celebrated on the sales team. A shame. No SKO or offsite make it hard to develop culture for the sales team Product is been on the steep decline for way too long. There needs to be innovative change and value presented for new prospective buyers,

In summary: toxic management, inconsistent expectations/commission structure, nonexistent upward/lateral growth, depreciating quality of product to sell to recycled accounts which results in negative culture, attitude, and overall team performance. It’s downhill fast.
