      Svantaggi

      Low sallery Not employee friendly at all Over time with no extra pay Call on holidays with out Extra working pay Excessive work pressure. 10 % variable sallery which you will never get. Out of your annually package you will get 70-90% only rest are diduct for useless facilities. Bad management. Definitely not a ideal company for any employee
