Not much micromanagement at head office

No promotions and toxic culture.

Can't find single Pros for working there. If your are jobless and on lookout for Job then you might consider working there.

1. Non Flexible Timings (Salary deduction if you are late for single day) 2. Late sitting. They have working hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Already one hour extra than normal timings in Pakistan). Even if you leave at 6:00 pm it raises eyebrows. 3. Very Strict & rude owners. Rude to core, use abusive language 4. Short breaks 5. Peer to Peer discussions not present 6. HR present but only for salary deductions, no bonus, no medical, no insurance, no promotion, no salary increment 7. Problem while switching job. they don't give you experience certificate, stop salary and even if prospective employer contacts HR for employee review, they speak foul for the departing employee 8. stressful working condition, always watching on cameras employee movements for management staff
