they hire&fire people after they complete what was requested from them during the probation period. this is to avoid paying you your full $$$. the company is one man show, a high ego man. micromanagement, lack of visibility or ownership. they hire interns from Malaysia for a minimum salary that is needed for EP and then have them send back a portion of the salary back. this company exists only for the founder to get money from investors. you're not a human to him, just a resource to get closer to the $$$ he wants. remember before you join.
