They do everything systematically and correctly in every aspect. Despite having very few staff members, they manage both school agreements and classes at their building in Sugar Land. They also take great care of their teaching staff. I worked with them for 3 years, both as a school teacher and in internal services. I highly recommend them for your children and anyone considering a career. They are truly good people.

I dont think they have cons.

Literally none. They promise nearly full-time hours, but they only work with a small number of schools in my city (like 2), and the schools get to set their own rates.

They lie about rates. After I was asked to be a tutor, they said you could work nearly full-time (you can't), then they promised an hourly rate of ($20-$25), but then they'll send you an email after you already send in a contract with an hourly rate (they are still promising that hourly rate, by the way) telling you that you are not paid hourly, you are paid by 45 min session, and the school will set the rate of pay per session (so you have no idea what you will be getting paid). Here's the letter (from the woman who hired me and told me that my rate was set at $25/hour, mind you): "I was asked not to inform you about payroll issues. The pay is not by the hour it is by the session... They should be explaining this to you a lot better than I can. Sorry about the confusion. The sessions are about 45 minutes. You get paid by the sessions worked. Depending on the schedule they give you, sessions are a different amount per school."
