The CEO is clearly incompetent and pretending to know what he’s doing. From telling us we are positioned for growth, to backtracking with hiring freezes, and lying about redundancies- he wins you over with his charm until you realise there is no substance there. The teams are overworked and underpaid. We are told the management will be as transparent as possible, but we are told very little and left to wonder and worry. You’ll be left exhausted, angry and probably on anxiety meds like most of the company as we are all battling with our mental health as a result of the narcissistic incompetence of the CEO.
