The culture is pretty sweet, the team is talented and the camaraderie is better than any office I have ever worked in. Working from home is really nice, the flexibility in our schedules makes it enjoyable to work for the company. Our work/life balance is truly valued by the company and expectations with clients are managed with those things in mind. The collaboration amongst the team is great, we rely on each other and our areas of expertise to get the job done. The work is fun, startups require quick turnarounds and lots of dedication... however the feeling at the launch of a project is so worth it.

Company is still going through some management transition/growth pains and a distributed team makes that a bit more of a challenge. Need for departmental processes to be further defined as well as company standards as we grow.
