The company still has a human size and really gives you a lot of opportunities to develop yourself on a professionnal and personnal aspects. You are always coached and well followed by the managers and CEO and you also have a lot of independance at the same time. Great atmosphere and colleagues, it is a 'family' company, young and dynamic. You also get to work with experienced consultants who have a lot to offer and to teach. Great learning experience all in all with a CEO (and management team) who will always go the extra mile so that you can evolve, have perspectives and fun at work. Also, very nice working environment! They really live by their values.

The cons are the ones that a small company can have. It doesn't fit with people who don't like to take initiatives and it's more fitting to people having an "entrepreuneur" or "intrapreuneur" mindset.

In the first week they try to guide you as much as they can. They also emphasize that you can always ask questions. After that they give you a lot of freedom and responsibility in your job. You learn a lot and the team is really close. They always listen to your opinion and they try to help each other all the time.
