John is the workhorse that propels the company forward, but carries himself with humility, and cares for each and all his employees. - Comparable salaries to larger companies - The ability to make your mark on the organization. Every employees efforts and contributions directly impact the organization.

It is a start-up environment, but I don't see that as a Con. It gives each employee an opportunity to make their mark, not be restricted by roles/departments, and have a direct impact on the organization.

As the first USA employee there have been some challenges setting up things like payroll, 401K, and medical. Many people up to the CEO have put in a lot of work to make it as smooth as possible however. Will pay off when they hire the next people in the USA.
