Their recruiters have a tendency of contacting the client, and stating that I (the employee) have questions regarding overtime and company policies, when in effect I did not. Made me look bad to the employer, because the employer said to me that they thought we were on a good basis to communicate with each other.
Spoke with the reception on my first day of assignment to find out when was payday, and had to stay on hold for 10 minutes while she located someone. I asked doesn't she work for Update and paydays are a set day of the week, and her response was she can't disclose that information. What nonsense is that?
When I left my assignment, of which I were there for 4 months, I left property behind. I spoke with Christina, who told me my assignment has ended and if I had personal property. I told her the items. Three weeks later, no response or no returning of the items. E-mailed one recruiter, and no response. E-mailed another recruiter, after waiting for a response for another recruiter and still no response. As of the date of the message, still have not received a response on when I should expect my personal property.
