Gained a lot of hours in a short time. Was presented with a lot of career opportunities that gave me time in several different aircraft. I learned a ton about how aviation companies work and allowed me to be in management at a different company. Always got to fly in mountain terrain. My time and contacts at this company allowed me to get a job with another company that people only dream about. Still work for them doing fun jobs in amazing places. Very flexible schedule and I can work as hard as I want to.

No cons. Anything negative would be created by the individual themself not able to handle their own work ethic or desires.

Fly helicopters, get experience, get out. Wonderful opportunity to fly, but not without dealing with management. Most of the students and outside the inner circle people were great, but those who saw the writing on the wall about the quality or lack-there-of in regards to the honesty and integrity of the operation, got out.

Horrible work culture and management/ownership. Operation was managed through greed and with out care for the employees. They purposefully robbed the American people to take advantage of a loophole in the post 9/11 GI bill to provide unnecessary training just to make money. Dishonest, unjust, and petulant operation.
