This is a place where people stay long-term because of the supportive atmosphere and growth opportunities.

The work can be demanding as the company standards are high. I personally find challenging work rewarding but it may not be the best fit for everyone

The best reasons to work at UpperEdge are the growth potential and the culture. I first started at UpperEdge as a summer intern. After graduating college with my bachelor's degree, I was offered a full time position at UpperEdge as an IT Sourcing Analyst and have since been promoted to Senior IT Sourcing Analyst. Moving forward I look to move up to the IT Sourcing Advisor role and hone in on the more strategic aspects of the position. The culture here at UpperEdge is unlike anything you will find at a big corporation, let alone many small businesses. The people that work for this company are not only good people but hard workers too. UpperEdge works very hard to not only find people with integrity but also individuals that will do whatever it takes to get the job done, not only efficiently, but accurately. It is truly a pleasure to work with these individuals on a daily basis.

Sometimes the hours that get put in can be daunting, but that is just the nature of the beast when working in this industry and at this great organization.
