Management has no control over policies set by parent company, Sallie Mae. SO MANY MANAGERS with so few responsibilities. Legitimately makes you wonder how their jobs can require 8 hours a week, much less 8 hours a day. Many of the managers seem happy with their pay/bonus structure (no bonuses for non-managers) so the level of their aspirations for improvement or advancement is limited, causing a "log jam" on the corporate latter. While friendly, many employees would not be considered employable by any other company. Have witnessed multiple employees LITERALLY SLEEPING at their desks while on the clock while management walks by.
