Owner doesn't shop or keep up with any trends at all, so does not usually know age of clothing coming in.Antiquated POS system. Owner won't pay what market value is to get needed employees, offers incentives instead, which have all kinds of attached rules. Owner changes mind regularly about things. 2nd store not managed. Mostly criticism given, not much praise.
