Great company to work for. Very transparent with open lines of communication. The company is very employee focused and strives to meet the needs of their employees

There tends to be a slow season, which makes for really long and boring work days. The company is growing and currently running out of space. And the one thing that bothers me most, there is a lack of supervisor structure. It is great that all the employees take ownership of the company. But a lead needs to actually take lead and pay attention to their employees and help make things work smoother.
