Compensation falls below industry norms, with no salary increments or opportunities for career advancement. Managers and leadership engage in daily gaslighting. Predominantly depends on foreign employees for leverage. A company focused solely on services, frequently implementing terminations. Office politics is everywhere and is the only way to gain favour from management. Competent employees all left the company due to a lack of professional respect in the workplace. I strongly advise against considering employment with this company.
