The team has check-ins with us to make sure everyone is feeling fulfilled with their work. They have an unlimited PTO policy to ensure work-life balance and checks to make sure no one is being overworked. Upsourced also has monthly/quarterly community outreach volunteer days that gets the team involved in the community to make a difference.
