      Good work-life balance, No overtime. Private medical.

      Stagnation (no real growth in skills / position / salary after 2 years). Already had senior engineer / mentor responsibilities before getting the promotion. Did not get any salary increase with the title promotion. Below average salary for mid-senior/senior position compared to other companies/countries
