I have worked remotely my whole career and, being a fully remote company, Upswing definitely knows how to provide the ideal "virtual office experience." Engineering team is very dedicated to improving the code base and enhancing the user experience. The startup world provides many challenges that affect the whole company (funding, meeting revenue goals, employee retention). There is always some risk when joining a small/startup company that is still proving it can survive in the industry long-term. Being a small company, advancement can be harder with fewer opportunities for promotion. However, Upswing has been making improvements in this area recently.
