Wow! I don’t even know where to start with this place. Uptycs is like watching a kamikaze pilot but honestly, the pilot would be impressed with how fast this company is going down. It’s mind blowing how quickly things have fallen apart. Leadership is all over the plac....no clear direction, no plan, just a bunch of bad decisions one after another. It's like they’re trying to see how fast they can run this place into the ground. Morale? yep, that’s in the dumpster. Upper management seems more interested in playing office politics and making sure they cover their own backs with the board than actually doing anything to help the company or its employees. I mean, seriously, you could feel the vibe change in the office as things got worse and worse. -26% headcount growth (decline it should say) over the last 6 months, according to linkedin, sums it up. If you’re thinking about joining Uptycs, just don’t. You’ll regret it. This place is going down faster than anyone could’ve predicted, and it’s just a matter of time before the whole thing crashes.
