Extremely unprofessional management behavior. From directors 'bagging' out staff secretly to a very obvious boys club. The toxic and cutthroat culture all came from the top down. Daily work felt like constant band aid fixes, nothing was eve given time to improve or constructively find a way to improve things, management are happy to throw cash on quick fixes than put time into fixing things forever. If you like consistent stress, out of hours calls and harsh voicemails left on the weekend - this is your place.
