Not sure what sort of "legalities" this clearly disgruntled ex-employee is referring to, but we do comply with employment law very scrupulously. We don't offer benefits like healthcare yet, so not sure what the reference to "bait-and-switch" could possibly mean. We DO offer competitive pay, and a tiered pay system that we do not hide at all: all employees come on board with a lower pay rate (which IS disclosed at the time of hire and not after the 60-day probationary period to see if they'll work out). Employees are eligible for raises based on achievement: earn a new certification, get a raise. It works for most of our employees quite well. Some people would rather just check in and sit at a desk, and that's not the kind of company we run, nor even the company we think most people would want to work at. And while it's true our workforce is on the younger side, we do NOT categorically allow student instructors to teach classes until they've completed their training. Again, we have a pretty strict set of policies on this. It wouldn't be in our own best interests to violate those policies, because why have a certification program at all then if uncertified instructors could teach classes? And thank you for at least acknowledging our success. It's not because we do or do not have an HR department. It's because we work very hard at what we do. As the owner, I have my suspicions about who wrote this, and therefore know *why*.
