Upper leadership work crazy hours and has created an expectation that you should be working those crazy hours with them. They paint an awesome picture when you first start but it soon gets toxic when you are given unrealistic goals and are coached on time management when workload is uneven. Certain roles need additional man power while others need more structure. You’ll soon realize that they give the high performers an excessive workload while others have free time to do nothing while on the clock.
