Motivating a 100% commission sales team to sell a new product or section of business is next to impossible- be cautious if you are seeking sales management positions. Having two different sides to sales management instantly breeds competition and a hostile environment. There was little to no respect between sales team and sales management, multiple occasions of managers bad mouthing or belittling other managers in front of the sales team.

Terrible management at the top Great teams and creative opportunities but everything is silohed and people don't feel empowered. Many have left, quit and been let go.
