Good team, and nice environment.

The company tells its General Managers to offer free drinks to staff who leave good reviews on glassdoor. Make of that what you will. They pay minimum wage + service charge (not out the companies pocket - basically means they don't suffer even if they're not busy), not London living wage, any company that does this doesn't value their employees in my eyes.
