Unless you want to be a receptionist you won’t learn anything valuable from this company as a creative

Lack of leadership from bosses. Expectations were confusing. I was being told something one minute then the next I would get in trouble for it. The management was all over the place. The work environment was also toxic and things were always secretive. Just a bad place to work overall.
