Toxic work environment, before I started working here I didn’t know they were notorious for firing people without a justified reason, or even using the proper channels. They will use you and ask you kindly to work for hours on end, 15 hours since 6:30 am all with the promise of benefits. Worst work culture I have ever seen in a company, the owners only come in to check when the store it’s not making money, they don’t talk to any of the employees or make any acknowledgment that you exist. When I was getting trained, they had me drive to LA, they aren’t capable of training employees at their own store (pathetic) the training it’s a lengthy 5 hours, no food, no water, no breaks (the HR office it’s connected to the restaurant) from the start I should’ve just run away. I drove an hour to and back plus spent 5 hours and you can’t even offer water ?
I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemies to work here, my complaints were swept under the rug and no one was held accountable. They gave me my termination paper on Christmas, Merry Christmas!
