Great progression opportunities - Recensione dipendente - Marketing Executive presso Usay Compare

I’ve been working at Usay Compare full time for nearly 2 years. The progression and opportunities are great; I have moved job roles twice, learning more about the business and the industry from different angles. I am now in the marketing department and have recently been promoted. If you are happy to do your best and put the work in, the rewards and opportunities to progress are there. The offices are really new and a great environment to work in and the people are all really friendly. We have a great team in marketing and I’m learning loads of new things all the time. We have incentive money every month which allows us to come together as a team and go out for lunch or dinner or spend it how we chose. The pandemic has made this more difficult, but everyone has been inventive with ways we can come together virtually and continue to support and reward us. We have some exciting projects going on in marketing and I’m looking forward to continuing to develop in my role there.
