      I've worked remotely in the past and was very disappointed by the lack of engagement and outreach from my team who were mainly based in a central office location. Not-so at Uscreen. The whole team, from the top down, makes an effort to keep you connected and engaged in your work and with your colleagues. It's exciting to be a part of such an innovative company. Things are always evolving, and there is a lot of room to forge your own path and grow your career.

      Sad that Covid has made it impossible this year for a company-wide retreat :(

      The creator economy has exciting energy to it. When I joined I was part of a coalition truly helping solopreneurs which is exciting. Lots of potential on paper.

      Micromanagerial CSuite and extremely tactical operations. CEO champions culture without actions that follow. Entire tech and product do not have oversight while many GTM ICs in key roles under microscope. Its about their personal standing and how they soothe the executive anxiety instead of the company or functional performance.
