The company talks a big game but is actually a zero

Only cons, they are a fraud company, they don't have a sexual harassment redressal cell, the employees earn between 6-15k and its saturday working... sometimes sunday, the boss is very egotistical he hits on the women of the office and often sexually inappropriate things are said about female employees in front of everyone. They also have no HR policies in place, we got our contract after nearly a year of working there, they don't give salary slip and the one they give is on text in email and the pay slip not include various deductions. I have also found out that the company make people complete notice period then not pay the employee after leaving. I am currently searching job to move out as soon as possible. The company expect 8 hours of work a week + 1 hour for lunch for 6 days a week. Only recently it give one saturday a month off. Boss don't know what they want so have to work several time on same project making drastic changes. very disorganised. The MD claim company have open culture, but people are not allowed to sit where they want and they are not allowed to go get tea or something to eat unless it is lunch time. we have to fill time sheet to account for every minute, which the team lead then conslidates for management.

If you want to interfere in someones personal life like top management does, then this is the best organisation to work.

How much Cons would be listed will be less to describe. 1. Always blaming employees for financial crisis, but never recognize that CEO itself have put the organisation into crisis 2. CEO saying in front of 100 employees that he is going for honey moon in Dubai don't disturb him by asking salary 3. No self-innovation, always copy and paste other ideas 4. Top management always trying to save their place 5. HR is of no use in organisation as she doesn’t exists and also changes rules and regulation person to person 6. Each employee in organisation have different notice period. They will see first you have any offer in hand. If have then 3 months’ notice period or they will ask u for money if want to leave in 1 month 7. All good projects are drained in trash since there is no planning 8. Your personal life would worst, since top management doesn’t have their own personal life. They will ruin your life There are many more. Please don't join this organisation its totally fake and money looting organisation
