We understand your concerns regarding transparency and management. We are committed to fostering an environment of open communication and transparency throughout our organization. To further enhance this, we have recently reshaped our employee communications and provide detailed insights into company strategy, operational and departmental business news every month in our AllHands meetings, next to several other communication channels.
We have also just recently hired an Employee Experience Lead who will be responsible for conducting & analyzing engagement surveys to gain insights into the satisfaction and engagement levels of our employees, enabling us to identify areas for improvement and take action accordingly.
We are continuously working towards creating a supportive and positive work environment that values the contributions of our team members. Our goal is to ensure that every employee feels heard, appreciated, and motivated to contribute their best.
In terms of compensation and our KPI system, we regularly review and benchmark our salary structures to ensure they remain competitive and fair. Additionally, we are actively working on refining our KPI system to provide a clear framework for success, performance evaluation and growth.
