Uson is a small company owned by a large company, so there are typical small company challenges, but over-all, it's a fantastic place to work.

No Christmas bonus, at least not for my department. 2022 raises barely covered increased cost of living. Some staff work in cubical, which is only an issue if you're accustomed to having an office. The cube style makes for a loud and sometimes distracting work environment.
