7yThanks for sharing your experiences. It’s great to hear that you appreciated our benefits and perks, but it’s a shame to hear that you had such a bad experience in other ways. We completely agree that feedback is vital to make improvements, but that it’s just as important to deliver that feedback constructively and appropriately. We’re in the process of making some significant changes to our performance management processes, including rolling out clear and measurable ways of working to link to personal objectives, and more support and training for people managers in the art of delivering feedback and developing their teams. Just like every other business that has grown as rapidly as we have, as quickly as we have, we know we’re not perfect and that there’s always room for improvement - we hope we continue to move things in the right direction.
