very little information about: - working conditions - how the UK education system works - how the salary is build up with the school No education/course was given before actually working. After a long working day, they wanted me to follow a lecture which was not fitting at all to teaching reality. Mistakes with payments were made involving three different parties to solve it. Sick days aren't compensated.
