-I personally liked the management and got along with everyone. They had my back for advice whenever I needed, and I believe they still do! -Good pay -Flexible with hours -Truly got great experience, would not be in the employment situation I am in right now without this experience

-Definitely a quiet environment, the employees who have been there for a while seem burnt out and miserable -Politics are involved in can be a little uncomfortable sometimes

If you can tolerate working here, there is job security. If you can't tolerate working here, it's great experience to take to another employer who will pay you a competitive salary. They pay for employee's base health insurance.

Low morale! A quiet working office, and you will get reprimanded for talking. They will yell/raise their voice at you if you mess up. Long hours, low pay. Your salary never changes, but they will claim your salary increases annually with "discretionary" bonuses. No HR, so if you have an issue you have to speak with management, who isn't very helpful.
