Too many personality wars between management and they treat staff unprofessionally and unethically. Have seen staff cry, data changed to make management look better, and people hired with no experience for the job yet expected to work the same as one that is. I personally had to leave a meeting due to the unprofessional and frankly disgusting behavior displayed towards myself and coworkers. Management is not honest with customers which leaves it up to the staff to provide bad news. LC360 is an excellent product but the technology and processes used in its development is 20 years old and they refuse to update it to improve performance, security, and implementation. Honestly, I am amazed they are still in business and not been sued by an employee for harassment or a customer for incompetence and poor management of the product.
