Small company feel was good in the sense you got to know your colleagues well.

The company had weak culture, ill-defined growth opportunities, and senior leaders were too into the day to day weeds. Senior leaders are supposed to focus on strategy & vision, not involve themselves in micro-managing the day to day. I think there was some good leadership but ultimately the top senior leadership needed some change.

As a software developer, good experience, low meetings, good coding, interesting project, mostly a relaxed place.

The air smells of paper dust, they do a lot of printing on site, can't be great to breathe the air over years. I would have like to see a lot more teamwork while working on the project, mostly they wanted independent work on the same project. I kept thinking while there, "but teamwork feeds cross collaboration and learning which leads to independence. After I left, seems was a high developer the team all left, this may be the project was done?
