After reading the reviews, you can clearly see that the Department told employees to write a review--as one of the reviews said they were told to do so. Is your department so bad that you really need to persuade your professionals to do a review? How about instead of telling them to write reviews, you start treating the department with respect. Instead of making people leave, you guide them and mentor them into better professionals. Stop throwing them under the bus and making their time within the accounting department miserable until you get them to quit.
