Great So Far - Recensione dipendente - Sales Representative presso Utility Connect

I have been working as a Sales Agent at Utility Connect for a while now and have really enjoyed my time here. The people are awesome, the kitchen is always fully stocked for employees and leadership genuinely cares about the people and about how things are done. The training team is great, they make sure that you have everything you need to succeed and are feeling confident before you hit the sales floor. This is a fast paced job and there are always great leads and new bonuses to hit to keep things interesting. A thing I really like about UC is that leadership is exclusively promoted from within the company. It is cool to see people growing with the company and I am looking forward to growing with them as well!

They have really high standards but if you put in the work you have everything you need to be successful.

From my very first day, the company provided all the equipment and comprehensive training I needed to be successful, so I never felt like I was flying blind. The atmosphere is consistently positive and high-energy, making it a place I actually look forward to coming to every day. I can tell that management genuinely cares about my well-being and professional growth; they’ve created a culture where I get out exactly what I put in. My hard work is always recognized and rewarded with tangible results. Plus, the office perks are fantastic! I love having a fully stocked kitchen and great accommodations that make my workday much more enjoyable.

I’ve had such a positive experience so far that I honestly can’t think of any downsides. I will come back and edit this review if I ever find any!
