Management only want to be nice to you when you’re benefitting them/making them money. They make people feel bad if they can’t stay on to hit target, they don’t seem to understand that people actually have a life outside work. People are made to feel guilty when they are poorly, everything is timed to the seconds and if your 2 seconds over your lunch you will be in hot water. The stress this place has caused, not just me but so many people, it just isn’t worth putting yourself through that for any job. You are just a number here and they go on about being a family business but defo wouldn’t treat anyone the way they treat people.
