      Paid time off, growing company, stability, health benefits, business casual dress code, and pleasant work environment. UER pays for employee lunches every week, provides a game room for employees to get to know each other outside of their job functions. Employees consistently are learning new information regarding the industry and innovative ways to stay ahead of the competition. Colleagues are treated as family and enjoy each other's company in and outside the office.

      If you do an awesome job and go above and beyond your hard work is noticed. There are monthly incentives for employee's for recognition through contest, outings, lunch and even employee of the month where you win cash for being selected. The office hours are Monday through Friday 9-5 (hard to find in NYC) and the location is easy to get to being that it is at the Fulton stop in lower Manhattan.

      The laid back office environment may be difficult for some to adjust to if you come form a very corporate background. Company is strict on attendance, so you will need to plan your time off accordingly. Trying to relay information to customers that do not understand the product and service.

      Good hours M-F 9-5. Good commute for me. The pay is okay. Friendly staff. 1hr lunch (unpaid). Free lunch on Friday's.

      Interview process is way too long. The office is super hot. They do not clean the office, besides throwing away the garbage. Doesn't have a lunch room everyone eats in the conference room.
