I used to have a big list of pros, only pro now is that we’re able to work from home 3 days a week.

Svantaggi

Very low pay with no bonuses. They have you doing much more work with no reward. Borderline extortion of frontline staff. Management have no clue and it seems there is no desire to improve the situation for employees.
