good campus, good pay, good worklife

not a proper hike, not a proper hierachy,

The company management is very bad, especially the plant head, HR, very bad. They don't think anything about the lower level employees, they only understand their own side, they don't increment salaries properly every year, there are no holidays.

Work culture was very bad. Always oiling and greasing at management level. The management is completely deceiving the owner of this company and making their own money.
